I had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The staff was really courteous and friendly. They were always ready to help me out with any queries I had. The hotel facilities were great. The parking lot was spacious enough for all the guests. transportation was easy to access from this location.
Cannot find any fault. The hotel was perfect in every way possible.

The hotel had beautiful tiles in the room, giving it a nice touch of traditional style. it was located in the perfect spot, with several restaurants and shops nearby and public transport right around the corner. the reception staff was super friendly and professional, always ready to help.
Upon check-in, I was charged an unexpected 500 pesos for not paying in advance even though it wasn't required when the room was booked. the hotel had also declined to take a credit card a week prior to the stay, so this surcharge seemed unnecessary.
